Returns & Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for most unworn, unused items in their original condition with all tags attached. Some exclusions apply (see below).
How to Return
- Request Authorization: Initiate your return through our Returns Portal
- Pack Securely: Include the original packaging and completed return form
- Ship Back: Use the provided prepaid label (France) or your preferred carrier (international)
Refund Processing
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs non-refundable
- Return shipping fees deducted unless return is due to our error
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized products
- Intimate apparel & swimwear (hygiene reasons)
- Final sale items (marked “non-returnable”)
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as:
- Return original item for refund
- Place new order for desired item

Damaged/Defective Items
For faulty products:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- We’ll send replacement or full refund
International Returns
- Customer pays return shipping
- Refund excludes original shipping/duties
- Processing may take +3 business days
Store Credit Option
Request e-gift credit instead of refund:
- No expiration date
- Immediate issuance upon return approval
