Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (France)

  • Standard Shipping: 2-5 business days (€4.90 or free for orders over €60)
  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days (€9.90)
  • Next-Day Delivery: Order by 12 PM for next-day arrival (€14.90)

International Shipping

  • European Union: 3-7 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
  • Rest of World: 7-15 business days (rates calculated at checkout)
  • Customs fees may apply (customer’s responsibility)

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via email once your order ships. Track your package here.

Shipping Restrictions

Some items cannot be shipped internationally due to:

  • Local regulations
  • Product size/weight limitations
  • Battery restrictions (for electronic toys)

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered:

  • We will contact you to arrange reshipment
  • Additional shipping fees may apply
  • Unclaimed packages will be refunded minus shipping costs

Special Circumstances

During peak seasons (Christmas, etc.):

  • Processing may take 1-2 extra days
  • Check our Holiday Schedule for deadlines
  • Express shipping recommended for time-sensitive gifts

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide photos of damaged package/items
  3. We will arrange replacement or refund
